Dowell A. Fernandez Mirin
President /E&P and New Business Development 

Dowell has several years of experience in the Oil&Gas EPIC Project Trainings/IT Technological Enhanced Project Management smart solutions provision for Major Multinational Explorations and production Companies, industrial CIO software Integrations and RED Alert IT security.

At Deeptechnical Intl.NG, Dowell is presently responsible for the development and execution of her organizational wide goals, in business strategies as JOR/JWR (Joint Operating Relationships/Joint Working Relationships), projection of her corporate image positions, Representing DTI in Client/Company management relationship. He is also the Chief company management leader in administering Leadership. Dowell has given direction to some key initiatives in IT enhanced Business Development, a function that he is additionally responsible for, at Deeptechnical Intl.NG.

Prior to Deeptechnical Intl.NG, Dowell has worked with major multinational Oil&Gas Company. He holds a B.IT degree in Information Technology, and a Business Diploma in Corporate Entrepreneurship and has cognizance certifications in Drilling Interface Designs and Facility Safety Engineering. 

With several years of industry experience in execution of various offshore & onshore workers safety methodologies, Obibi brings with him a lot of wealth of expertise in managing and mobilizing project teams, maintaining quality assurance and establishing zeroed conditions in safety actualizations. Is an instructor and CEO-CPI in DTI Intl. He has 15 years formation in Facility Engineering Safety evaluation in offshore and onshore Medical services integrations.

During this time he was also the instructor and co-coordinator of DTI’s extensive internal in-house trainings to multinational bodies. Together has worked in several projects consisting of various facility safety prevention techniques.

Obibi is member of Nigeria Medical Practitioner body, and Group CEO of DTI, he worked with major research centres and multinational in Nigeria, in providing composite field engineering clinical services and descriptive damage controls. He is a member of the NMP, and a graduate of Federal University of Benin.

At Deeptechnical Intl., Obibi as the head of DTI CPI unit has been instrumental in establishing strategic offshore delivery models and guiding the company team to develop innovative, out-of-the-box services & solutions. He also has keen interest in medical safety technology integrations.
In his professional career, Obibi has consulted in various platters of Oil&Gas and medical fields engineering companies in Nigeria.

Chucks heads the Project Execution and Management  division at Deeptechnical Intl. and possesses considerable industry experience in the development & implementation of several multi-unilateral field engineering experience.
He Manages and operates wide range of Fleet Logistic base. During a career spanning 7 years in Structural/Mechanical engineering Installation, Chucks has worked in various upper management position in companies related to the Oil&Gas Industry. Through the completion, and supervision of varying capacity of project Contracts he has of present the Well grounded formation in handling fleet management. 

Recognized as an authority in Fleet Management capacity building in Oil&Gas, Udeh Chucks leads Deeptechnical Intl.'s initiative of being a leading turnkey solutions provider in EPIC and FEED project executions.

Chucks has prior consulting experience with E&P technology leaders in Nigeria. He holds both an engineering as well as a post graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.
